Trees of Alatdena, Volume 1

Maria Brunner Ventura, photographer, enthusiastic walker, and steward of California White Sage, embarks on a daily walk through her immediate neighborhood of West Altadena, near Christmas Tree Lane. The trees along this route, full of inspiration for her to delight in, are beacons within the fantastical Altadena light. Residing on Santa Anita Avenue since 2014, she and her husband Mike, and their four-leggeds, look forward to rebuilding and returning to Altadena.
