Face a Day

A 2011 daily commitment to practice portraiture and learn how to work the camera without any accessories. The following were my parameters: 1) Only shoot in available light, 2) Photograph for no longer than 5 minutes, 3) Do this everyday (and, pets don’t count). Some portraits were scheduled with friends and colleagues, while others were achieved by spontaneously approaching people standing or walking within engaging light.
